How to Guide for Getting Started with Ultimate Audiences
I was tasked with creating a simple digital user guide to introduce clients to the Ultimate Audience self service platform where they can discover audiences aligned with their brands. In order to create the how to guide I walked through the process of audience creation myself so that I could speak to the process. I performed a usability assessment of the site and provided feedback around bugs and usability issues that needed correction. Once UX improvements were made I designed and deployed the digital user guide to the UA client base.
